Berty De Silva was born into a family of working-class immigrants who settled in the industrial outskirts of Los Santos. During the day, Berty runs his father’s garage, trying to keep up the appearance of a legitimate business. He’s known as one of the best mechanics in the city, able to fix anything that comes his way. The garage has become a gathering spot for those in the know—a place where deals are made, and alliances are forged.

By night, Berty is a different man. He uses his skills to modify vehicles for high-speed getaways, smuggle contraband, and even rig cars for illegal street races. He’s careful, methodical, and never leaves a trace. His reputation in the underground world has grown, but so has the risk. The more he gets involved, the harder it becomes to walk away.

Berty is a man of few words, but those who know him understand that he’s fiercely loyal to those he trusts. He’s a thinker, always weighing the risks and rewards of every decision. Though he’s made a name for himself in the criminal world, there’s a part of him that still wants to make his father proud by running the garage the right way. But in Los Santos, the line between right and wrong is never clear.
